Thanks for the mention Doug. Along with supporting the site with a donation, try supporting it with a post. If everyone made a post each time they checked in, it would be a great catalyst for other posters. As I've said, this forum will stay around as long as someone is posting. This site is for YOU. This place is run more freely than any other place that I know of right now. We have only a few simple rules which pertain to respecting fellow members. Other than that post away!

That is the biggest complant I have heard from x members no one comented on there hard work..

Maybe I can do some sort of a reward system. Maybe point out the one who posts the most, or maybe go back to my newsletter and send out the best posts to all the members. In the past, did any of you mind me sending a newsletter? Or did you just consider it so much spam?

I did not mind it at all - It even highlighted somethings I had missed. I think it would be a great idea to say - hey look at what you might have missed this week.
